What digital products are available right now?
We currently offer digital Patterns (PDF). They’re delivered immediately by email after purchase with a direct download link.
Will my digital purchase be shipped?
No—digital products aren’t shipped, so no shipping charges apply. If you order physical items in the future, those will follow our standard shipping policies shown at checkout.
Do I need special software?
No special software is required. Most devices open PDFs natively (computer, tablet, or phone). If you prefer, you can use a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
How do I get my files after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll also receive an email with a direct link to download your files. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk or Promotions folder.
Can I download again later?
Yes—save the email with your download link for easy access. If you can’t find it, contact us at info@amybarickman.com and include your order number or the email you used at checkout.
How do I save the file to my device?
When you click your download link, your browser may ask where to save the file. Many computers default to a folder named Downloads. You can also right-click (or long-press on mobile) and choose Save As to pick a location you’ll remember.
How do I print my pattern correctly?
Open the PDF and use your device’s Print command. In the print dialog:
- Set Scale (or Size) to 100% (do not use “Fit,” “Shrink to Fit,” or “Scale to Page”).
- Print the page with the test square first and measure to confirm it equals 1 inch.
If the test square isn’t exactly 1 inch, adjust your printer settings and reprint before printing the full pattern.
How do I know whether an item is digital or physical?
Each product page clearly indicates the format, such as “Digital Pattern (PDF)” or **“Printed Pattern (Ships).” On products that offer both, you’ll choose the format before adding to cart.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and common express options shown at checkout. Availability may vary by region.
